This Anti-Slavery Day we are absolutely thrilled to share with you that we have been awarded The National Lottery Community Fund which is just under

We are speechless and beyond grateful for what this means for the work of Snowdrop and for the lives of those we support. We are delighted to be continuing our partnership with The National Lottery Community Fund with this Reaching Communities grant.

This money will ensure the future of the Snowdrop Project for another 4 years and allow us to stabilise and expand the counselling team. 100% of survivors of trafficking referred to Snowdrop suffer from mental health difficulties. The specialist trauma counselling we offer is a huge part of recovery for these individuals; 90% of people who attended Snowdrop’s group well-being sessions experienced a reduction in their anxiety symptoms, while 64% experienced a reduction in their depression symptoms. We are excited and hopeful about the impact expanding the counselling team will have. Keep an eye out for the job advert coming soon!

A big thank you to the National Lottery Community Fund and of course the National Lottery players as without the players the money wouldn’t exist!

From a very excited and grateful,
Snowdrop Project Team!
