759. She’s been sanctioned

Same lady as before, the one who had been in hospital with pneumonia. She got back in touch, only a week later, because she’s been sanctioned. This means her benefits have been stopped. Why? Because she missed an appointment. Why did she miss the appointment? Because she was in hospital with pneumonia. And so the futile roundabout continues. He job for the next few days will be to get a letter from the hospital that she can present to the DHS who will then reinstate her benefits.
