349. A client from months ago gets back in touch.
This happens quite often. We help people when they ask for help, then they’re alright for a few months or more, then they need help again and we step in to do whatever needs to be done. The flexibility we have is one of the reasons people find us very easy to deal with. There’s no bureaucracy, it’s not like people have to jump through hoops to register then if they drop off they have to go through the whole process again. I’m not sure how we can scale with such easy arrangements but maybe we just keep doing what we do. Ask for help, receive help. It’s kind of that simple.
