324. Colder weather means more help required.

It’s only November and already people are struggling with heating bills. Perhaps we’ll get a mild winter this year, I think we will actually, it feels like it’s going to be warm, maybe. If we get snow and ice it’ll really show in terms of how many requests for help we get. Many of the people we support already struggle with mobility and getting out. Time will tell.
