298. Our regular ten pound electricity top up.

For some families it’s always close to the edge. We provide a £10 top up for a family, on a weekly basis. The daughter meets us at the petrol station near their flat and tops up the card and we pay.

I guess it’s like having £40 a month extra benefits, but exclusively for electricity.

I’ve wondered, would it be possible to connect the ‘haves’ and the ‘have nots’ across a platform, and facilitate the giving of resources in that way. Perhaps, perhaps we’re getting there.
