Here’s why artists should be given the ability to regenerate High Streets and city centres.

This is Orchard Square in Sheffield.

Imagine this, but more, on the Moor, Fargate, the old High Streets, made beautiful and an attraction in themselves.

Street art, done well, regenerates areas. It’s got to be the most cost effective way of transforming an area. Doesn’t require millions of pounds, and years of council meeting and dire things. Just requires a bit of vision, and we have artists a plenty.
