He’s had a hard year, including his wife dying, but he’s really pulled it together, he’s been going to the gym, looks so much better for it, and he’s keeping well and happy. Hadn’t heard from him for about three months, which is sometimes a good sign, shows people are only using the service when really needed and it’s good we’ve been here for him. 

The Christmas shop is super, Loads of fresh veg, a few nice treats, and for Chrstmas day, either a chicken to roast, or a lamb half shoulder, which said on the packet that it serves 5 I think, so that should last well into boxing day and beyond.
