The lady who had requested this shop has children, and I thought right, let’s get some nice food in. She wanted fresh food so she could batch cook… so I got the spatchcock chicken, again, and also mince and diced beef and loads of fresh veg to make stews and also all the ingredients for spaghetti bolognese and tins of tomatoes and cartons of juice and bottles of milk and eggs and bread and loads of stuff.

Enough food for a week I think, I wanted her to have an abundance of it, not to have to micro manage and budget and worry about it.

Whist buying this double load, another opportunity presented itself…
