Hun Ven, a 22-year-old scavenger, and his wife, Nouern Nary, a 39-year-old laundry worker, are among the families we support. They have two children under extremely challenging circumstances. Their primary sources of income—scavenging and laundry services—are irregular and yield very limited earnings, leaving the family in a state of persistent poverty.

Due to their financial hardships, the family struggles to meet their basic needs, including access to sufficient food, healthcare, and education for their children. Recognizing their vulnerable situation, we have provided them with essential food parcels to help alleviate some of their immediate burdens. Our support aims to improve their living conditions and offer them a measure of stability as they work towards a better future. ”

Location: 6 village, Chong Khneas District, Siem Reap Province.

Food parcel includes: 10kg of rice, dry fish, mosquito net, mattress, sarong, fish source, soy sauce, noodle, sugar and cream cake banana.

Total expenses: $24 from TGF + $22 from EM Subscribers = $46
