When did you have your first Parmo?
Mine was in a pub, the Kaskane, in Skinnersgrove.
Take a big chicken breast, flattened, breadcrumbed, deep fried. Add bechemal sauce, cover in cheddar, melt, add topping, pineapple is good.
There you go. A chicken Parmo. AKA a Parmo.
Never seen one even as south as Yorkshire. It’s a beyond the wall thing. Clearly.
