Should we have a ‘people’s vote’ on Brexit? Or have we had enough?

It’s an interesting one.
Democratically speaking, far from clear cut. On one hand, having a second vote is democratic, after all, it’s passing the question back to the people, which is democracy in effect.

On the other hand, we did have the vote already.

On the other hand, that vote was 2 years ago, and much has changed.

On the other hand, nothing has been delivered on the first vote.

On the other hand, the actual demographic of voters has changed.

On the other hand, why should we have a second vote?

On the other hand, why shouldn’t we have a second vote?

Too many hands.

But isn’t it strange to actually leave the EU now, if that isnt still the will of the majority of people?

Is it still the will of the majority of people?

Being able to change direction in life is vital.

Being able to follow through on descisions in life is vital.

I honestly think the Queen should decide for us. A singular authority we all respect.

Failing that, an advisory peoples vote to determine the will of the people.

Then decide.

In either instance, this Brexit obsession is causing the focus of everyone to be diverted from more important matters.
