She only wanted her electricity topping up. I asked if there was anything else she needed and she said no thank you. 

Put £50 on, that will see her through, and it will feel like abundance, I’d be suprised if she’s ever had £50 on before before now. So now she doesn’t need to worry about it, or have to budget between heating or cooking or a hot bath, or anything like that.
