390. She’s asked for help twice. Once 10 months ago, once this week.
Some people question wether our supported people really need help. Yet this is typical of the kind of situation we deal with; this lady first got in touch around April 2020, just once. Then again, 10 months later. Clearly she had saved the card and only requested help when really needed. This is one of the many advantages to the EM system. People don’t need to jump through hoops to get help, and they don’t need to keep receiving it in order to stay eligible. We are just here, for when we are needed.
