And this chap has arthritis, and his flat is cold. We do look after him best we can, and we got him a really warm duvet set a few months ago, and we top up his weekly shop and get him cleaning materials and whatnot. As much as anything we’re a friendly ear, a someone who cares, it’s more like that.
