She’s been rather up and down over the last six months since we’ve been helping her. Her partner has also been in out and of hospital several times. But recently she’s been looking much better, sounding much more positive and optimistic. We took her an extra parcel this week because one of our clients seems to have disappeared, not answering phone, not responding to texts. How should we respond to that?
