337. Let’s call him Mr W.

He’s a gentle soul, elderly, early seventies. He had one of our cards offering help for 5 months before calling us. Can’t text, definitely doesn’t have any access to the internet or anything online. Probably never will. He’s such a nice old chap, hope he’s getting what he needs, I don’t know if he has any family or anyone to look after him. Reluctant to ask, in case he doesn’t, and it makes him feel sad.
