206./ Another word of mouth new client

People tell people about our service. Many of our clients come to us from being told by friends or family, often they don’t know anything about us, other than there’s a phone number, you can text, or call, and they bring you fresh food, and can help with electric, and bedding. Very few if any, of our clients have access to the internet. They probably used to, via the library, or community centres, but now, no. So they’ve never seen our website, they don’t understand how it works, or why. All they know is there’s a number you can call, or text, and they help you. And it’s enough.
