172./ New client and extra support

We tend to give extra the first time we’re contacted by a client, and this chaps text to us was so moving that it really felt like the right thing to do.

We got chatting about how else we could help. He said he was low on electric, he had a heater, and it used loads of electricity… which gave us the idea… why not just buy him a new heater? Simple! So we had a look online and the best value and cheapest to run are halogen heaters, they only cost about £20 and would save him more than that every month in electricity, easily. So we’ll get that sorted for him, ASAP.
