Another delivery of food, and also, half of the toiletries of the toiletries receipt. The lady was so happy she would definitely have hugged our driver if not for our strict observance of social distancing rules. She was thrilled though.

This is one of the areas where we think our service is really meeting needs that aren’t coming from elsewhere. We purchase and deliver food, and also cleaning products, toothpaste, shampoo, soaps, loo roll… it’s all really genuine and basic needs, and people are so pleased.

We’re starting to get more requests for these necessities, people are probably starting to run out of them.
