124./ Some shopping for a nice lady in need

A lady got in touch asking for some shopping. She lives with her elderly mother and needed to be able to look after her and not queue for ages. They live in sheltered accommodation so I could understand how difficult it might be for them.

She asked for milk, bananas, parsley, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and lemons, which I couldn’t get so got limes instead. Was going to get it all from Aldi but couldn’t face the queue so went to Waitrose which was just the same really.

She was very happy to have received the delivery, she asked if she needed to give anything, I just asked her to thank God. That was all.
