“This is the second time that we have provided rice to a 55 year-old widow living with a life limiting illness and facing severe poverty. She resides in a small cottage with her grandson. Due to her deteriorating health, she is unable to sit or work, remaining confined to a bed and completely unable to work. She is depends largely on the limited support of her children to meet her daily needs.”
