We have provided food parcels to Mr. Chea Soeng, 35 years old, who is living with a mental health condition, and his wife, Ms. Sor Mouern, 32 years old, who works as a fish processing worker. They have three children and are living in very poor conditions, struggling to meet their basic needs.
