“ We have provided food parcels to Mr. Chann Sorphon, 40 years old, a laborer, and his wife name’s Long Hing, 31 years old, a housewife. They have nine family members in total, including their four children, all of whom are under their care and support. The family is living in extremely poor conditions. ”
