This is granny Neoun, reportedly 70 years old, unstable mental health. 

Her neighbor said she has a nephew who feeds her sometimes and the many time she has to be fed by her neighbors. 

She live in a small, broken wall and broken roof old house. 

Status: Poor granny , living alone

Location: Korkrovieng village, Korkrovieng commune, Cheoung Prey district, Kompong Cham province.

Items to be provided : Rice, MSG, Rody( seasoning), Fish sauce, Soy sauce, salt, Frying oil, pepper and sugar .
