187./ Electricity and phone top up

This nice little family rang from a friends phone because theirs had run out of credit, to ask for an electricity top up because they had less than £2 left on their account. They thought they were getting benefits this week but it’s to be next week when they get paid.

Happily we were able to fly over, collect their electricity card, top it up, and return it.

We also suggested they might like a halogen heater, much cheaper to run that the storage heaters they are using. They say they only heat the baby’s room anyway.

We’ll get them a halogen heater in the next day or so.
