Our representative in Cambodia writes… “This is the second time we have provided rice to this Uncle, early sixty. He has five children, four of whom have their own families. He and his wife earn a modest income by catching crabs and insects to sell at the local market. They are very struggle to afford basic necessities such as rice and food.
This rice parcels is intended to help their daily burden and support their livelihood.”
