Sometimes when I invite people to join EthicalMuch they say they can’t afford it. I’m always a bit sceptical when people say that, it’s only £1 per week, but I suppose if they’re already in debt and spending more than comes in then fair enough. Anyway, a lady told me she loved it but couldn’t afford it. So I gave her a £10 voucher to spend at Endcliffe Park cafe. I am really bad at fundraising !! I so much prefer giving money away to bringing it in… but unless it comes in I can’t give it away.
