251./ Gentle soul

This chap is like a gentle giant, brought him his food parcel and a book by Andy Hawthorne of The Message Trust, because I know he’s a Christian and thought he might like it. Was wondering what else we can do for him, always want to do more. Chatting, the man said he couldn’t get his laundry done during lockdown, and doesn’t have a washing machine. I suggested we could pick up his laundry, take it to the laundrette, and bring it back for him. He’s thinking about it. He has a jacket he likes to wear outside, but it’s not clean enough, and he doesn’t feel confident to wear it if it’s not clean.
