Widd Signs creates striking store signage for M and S
Leeds and St Helens-based Widd Signs has completed two five-figure projects for retail giant Marks & Spencer to install striking new exterior signage at two of its stores.
The projects saw the traditional and digital signage specialist design, manufacture and install an array of lettering, logo and wayfinding signage at the retailer’s Beverley and Staines stores. Widd Signs was commissioned by construction companies Simpson (York) for the Beverley store and ISG Retail for the Staines store.
The two stores mark the latest chapter in a three-decade-long partnership that has seen Widd Signs create and install branded signage at dozens of M&S stores all over the world.
Commenting on the projects, Widd Signs managing director Gary Williams said:
“We’re proud to operate as a trusted partner to M&S and pleased to have once again had the opportunity to showcase the breadth of our industry-leading capabilities, from consultancy and design through to production and installation.”
Jez Bullman, design manager at ISG Retail, said:
“The team at Widd Signs are thoroughly professional, conscientious and committed to delivering signage of a very high standard. We will welcome the opportunity to work with them again in the future, both on M&S schemes and with our other clients.”
