Uganda 18. Food and drink for the children.

Silviano, our Ugandan representative, has been having a hard time, pretty much all the time. Here we can see he’s bought the children food, and soft drinks. The water they have daily access to is totally unclean yet it’s all they have.

Everything is getting more expensive due to fuel prices. We send Silviano between £100 and £300 a month, and he uses some to support himself and his family and the rest to provide for the people around him. It’s very hard for us to imagine living in such poverty, the children are often malnourished and sick from malaria and measles and infections.
