February 10th, a slight change of plan! Sheffield 898.

I was back at the co-op putting up a poster for Ethical Much when I heard Philip singing. He’s a Big Issue seller, with a beautiful voice and a faith to match.

I asked him how I could help, and he was quite taken aback, no one had asked him that before. We got taking, he explained his situation, living in Rotherham, he was very reluctant to ask for anything, and almost refused the £20 I got from the cash point to buy a Big Issue. But I know there’s more … what if we could give him work? A job?
